Back in 1966, Winston Churchill left school at the age of 15 to follow his passion for the outdoor life and maintain the family tradition, by training as a gamekeeper, working with his father.

Four decades later, he supplies all our venison - stalking with his dog Daisey in Glen Lean, where the deer feed on myrtle and wild thyme, which makes the meat even more delicious.
