Langoustine

Arthur has been fishing all his working life. And when he goes on holiday - you guessed, he goes fishing.

His method of catching langoustines using creels enables him not to disturb the sea-bed, which can be badly damaged by trawling techniques. And he hand selects the best of his catch for us, throwing back any langoustines which he feels are too small.
