Scallops

Our scallops are hand caught for us by Mary and Shonna, diving in Loch Fyne and surrounding waters. When we receive them at the kitchen door, they are still pulsating - as fresh as they possibly can be.

On dry land, Mary and Shonna are both teachers. Compared to school, they tell us, they find the underwater world calming and exhilarating.
