An Lochan Scottish Cheese Selection

Smoked Mull Brie
Cows milk cheese, pasteurised with a vegetarian rennet. Slightly smoked in flavour.

Aiket
Ann Dorward and her team of two make a wide variety of cheeses from their own pasteurised milk. Aiket is a brie
type cheese with a bloomy rind.


Strathdon Blue
A Highland pasteurised cheese with a vegetarian rennet. It's a mild blue and creamy cheese compared to the Lanark Blue.

Lanark Blue
A soft rich veined cheese made to a unique recipe by Humphrey Errington on his farm near Carluke.

Bonnet
This is a hard goats milk cheese made from a vegetarian rennet. It has a mild flavour and comes from the
Dunlop dairy in Ayrshire.


Glazert
This is a crumbily Goats Cheese, made with a vegetarian rennet. This is made at Clerkland farm in Ayrshire.

Smoked Applewood Cheddar
Smoked Cheddar from the Mull of Kintyre. Made by the Inverloch Cheese company based in Campbeltown.

Mull Of Kintyre Cheddar
This is a strong Farmhouse Cheddar made in Mull.

Dunlop
This is a hard cows milk cheddar. Made at Clerkland farm in Ayrshire.
